Currently, you have got a choice of four occupations requiring technical training, each with a regular training period of 3.5 years:
Modules of your training
At vocational school, you will acquire the theoretical knowledge of your apprenticed trade. In our training workshop, you will learn the electrical and mechanical skills for your profession. In addition, you are on the job and work together with experienced colleagues. In this way, you learn and perform the work under real conditions from scratch.
Commercial training
At our company headquarters in Wesseling near Cologne, we train you to become an industrial business management assistant.
We will provide you with the skills needed to handle business management issues. Become an all-rounder regarding commercial matters in an industrial environment!
To this end, we offer extensive insights into various company departments such as finance, human resources and purchasing. In order to get our core business across to you, practical assignments in our operational areas are provided for you.
Your interests are important to us: We take your preferences into account and give you the chance to immerse yourself deeper into individual topics. In this way, you can also become an expert in a specific topic. The training normally takes three years. Shortening of training periods is possible.
