Your prospect
As an electrical engineer or technician, you start with us in the demanding engineering of lightning protection systems for industrial, business and housing complexes. For installation, trained electrical specialists start with us as lightning protection specialist on one of our numerous sites throughout Germany.
Our target is to support you individually and from the very beginning: We want to develop those who are committed and motivated and perform well. Together we devise training and further education and support our colleagues who want to attend a master or technician school. And if you have what it takes to be a manager, you can become a senior technician or even a (senior) site manager, team leader or project manager.
Incidentally, career changers are very welcome here! Have you learned a craftsman’s trade like roofing or are you looking for prospects as an unskilled worker? If you have got some manual skills and are able to work at heights, we are looking forward to receiving your application. After starting as a lightning protection assistant, you will have the opportunity for further training with certification as a lightning protection specialist.
