Dear colleaGues, Griesemann Gruppe is this unique company, because extraordinary people are working together here. Being the managing director of this family-owned enterprise, I am responsible for you and your personal well-being is very near to the heart of the Griesemann family, all managers and last but not least near to my heart. Indeed, this is self-interested to certain extend: Just like you I spend most of my lifetime together with colleagues at my place of work. So I want to feel comfortable and this is only possible if all are fi ne. Of course we do know: Where people realise sophisticated projects and are exposed to different sources of stress, they show their human side and this can cause hassle. At the same time, we want to utilise our time and energy most effi cient to reach our targets. We have already done it quite well but we know that we can do better. This policy shall provide orientation and consists of three parts. The basic principles defi ne the basis of our business model. The managerial promise outlines the targets that guide our managing team. Out togetherness, our code of conduct, shall be a tool for everybody to advance Griesemann Gruppe continuously.
